The Summer Sales Internship program is an ideal fit for current college students. This program is designed to be a “career launcher,” providing professional skills and experience suitable for a wide range of career paths. We offer an exceptional 6 week training program featuring videos, lectures, written material, and tests. Interns are paired with an active mentor, a proven performer, who is invested in the Intern’s success at Premier.


Every Sales Intern is paired with a proven closer who is personally invested in the intern’s success and development. Your Field Supervisor provides hands on in-field training, ongoing support and structured weekly sales, organization, and customer service management.


Premier provides an industry leading written training program that includes take-home reading and written weekly exams. This curriculum is based on the collective knowledge of a fast growing sales organization with over 15,000 roofs sold and counting.


Our training program utilizes a state of the art interactive video training program which enables you to quickly and effectively replicate the best practices for effective sales presentations. Watch the best performers in the company handle objections-share ideas and win!

Premier Roofing was founded in 2005 by recent college grads Ben McFerron and Chris Tulp after working for another roofing company. Ben and Chris learned that selling and installing roofing had the potential to be remarkably lucrative for those that were willing to put in an honest-day’s effort.
